“And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.” [Colossians 1:18]
“Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.” [Luke 22:42]
“Paul, a prisoner of Jesus Christ, and Timothy our brother, unto Philemon our dearly beloved, and fellowlabourer.” [Philemon 1:1]
“There is nothing can make it run but Him. Whether it's God the Father, God the Holy Ghost; whether it's the Angels, principalities, powers, dominions; whatever it is, all things run by Him. "All things consist by Him." He! And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning--who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead (that is, raise up what He come to redeem); that in all things he might have the preeminences. "Might have preeminence," you know what it means? That's, "over all." He is over all things that was ever created; every Angel, every being, every--every thing that there is. He is over all things. What Creature is This? Who can it be? Over all things! "And having made peace..." Let's see, just a minute. Preemi-...For it pleased the Father that in him should all the fulness dwell;  All the fullness of all things." All the fullness of God, all the fullness of Angels, all the fullness of time, all the fullness of Eternity; everything dwelt in Him. That's this Fellow. And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. There is that great Being we're talking about, "The beginning of the creation of God."” [65-0815, And Knoweth It Not,  Jeffersonville IN]
“Even Paul, before Agrippa, said, "In the way that's called 'heresy,'" which means crazy, "that's the way I worship the God of our fathers." That great intellectual scholar had to come to that place, "in the way that's called 'heresy.'" Why? It was revealed to him. That Pillar of Fire hanging before him, said, "I am Jesus, the great God that was in the wilderness yonder with Moses. I am He, and it's hard for you to kick against the pricks." Then Paul standing there, know that the life was laying at stake, he said, "The way that's called 'heresy,' that's the way I worship the God of our fathers." It was called that because it was revealed to him what the great Truth of Christ was. And today, people say, "It's a denomination."  It's Jesus Christ, the new Birth, revealed in you, that He has the preeminences, that He might express His Words. And anything that He's promised in this last days, He can bring it to pass, through His Body as He's working. Amen! It's just exactly the Word of God made manifest.” [Christ Is The Mystery Of God Revealed, Jeffersonville IN]
“Now notice again, now, what's His threefold purpose? Manifest Hisself in Jesus Christ; to come into the Body, by Jesus Christ, to have the preeminences; to (what?) restore back Eden, bring back that which lost. That was the only thing out of order. All the rest of His things was in order. But He had to let, put man on free moral agency, to fall, so that He might be a Saviour, to display what's in Him, see, His attribute of Saviour. Something had to be lost. And the very thing, that man fell and become lost, He become the Saviour of that, taking His Own law. And He could not do it as that great Jehovah that covered all space, time; see, He couldn't do it. And He had to become a Man. And He took kinship with the man that was lost, amen, and become a Man: God, made flesh!    Hallelujah! Think I'm excited; but I'm not. Something inside!” [Christ Is The Mystery Of God Revealed, Jeffersonville IN]
“Unless God can get you, a prisoner! Paul become a prisoner See, you can't look at what you think, you can't look what somebody else thinks. You've got to go just what He says do. You're a prisoner. Paul knew that he was pressed in the spirit to go a certain place, when he didn't want to go. He knowed that the Spirit forbid him to go certain places. He knowed he had to hold his peace at many times.  That little old fortuneteller run out after him one day, a hollering around behind him. And Paul, with that Spirit of God in him, wanted to rebuke it, and day after day. And finally he got the message, "Rebuke him," and he turned around. He couldn't do it till God said so. Amen. Oh, if the church could only be so in the glorious Presence of God, someday God will turn loose His Power into It, things will take place. But you can't mix your diet; you'll become a hybrid. Stay exactly what God said. Stay right in the Word, and God will vindicate It to be the Truth. Yes, sir.” [63-0731 There Is Only One Way Provided By God For Anything, Chicago IL
“Now the Word is made Spirit, dwelling in us, "For I will be with you, even in you, to the end of the world, the consummation." Now, that same God that wrote the Bible is in you. You're not your own. You're dead to the things of the world. You're dead to your own thoughts. "And the mind... Let the mind that was in Christ be in you." There, then you're forsaking all, to follow Him. Not your own thoughts; what He says. "Not my will; Thine, Lord." Then you're begin to line up with God's Word.” [62-0123 Forsaking All, Tempe AZ]
“But I hope I'm making it clear enough that you can see what I'm coming to. See? God, expressed in Jesus Christ, Who was both Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, "the fullness of the Godhead bodily." Now "the complete fullness of the Godhead bodily" dwells in His Church, the preeminences. All that God was, He poured into Christ; and all Christ was, was poured into the Church, the believers. Not denomination! We'll get to that in a few minutes, and it'll take it out of your mind forever, see; show you what causes that, by the help of God, if He'll just permit it to us.” [63-0728 Christ Is The Mystery Of God Revealed, Jeffersonville IN]
“And even Christians today, who claim to be Christians, and smoke and drink, and--and cheat, and found dishonest. While we... Why, it's no wonder that Christianity is at one of its low ebbs at this time. It's the influence that the church people has--has placed upon the men that hasn't yet received Christ. Men wants to maintain their testimony and then live any way they want to. But that's the reason the Holy Spirit is such a--a--a definite must in this day, because It is the One that lives your life. You don't live it yourself. It's Christ in you, then, after you have received the Holy Spirit. And, and if He doesn't have the preeminences in your life, then you just remember, you haven't received the Holy Spirit. Cause, if He is in you, He'll live His Own Life. You're no more your own. "You are dead, and your life is hid in God, through Christ, and sealed by the Holy Ghost." So there is no way at all for you to be yourself no more, what you were.” [63-0803E  Influence, Chicago IL]
“Oh, to live with Him, going Home with Him, to live with Him! Going Home with Him to live with Him forever, having Eternal Life! This is God's great mystery of love expressed, that God and man became one. See? The whole thing is God and man, one. God and man was one, there; and God and man is one, here. See? What is it? Being filled with His Spirit, Him having the preeminences. That was God's achievement, that's God purpose to do that: that He might be in Christ; and Christ in us; and all of us together, one. The Holy Spirit, same thing; It revealed it to Christ, reveals it here; the supernatural creative Power. Oh, my!” [63-0728  [Christ Is The Mystery Of God Revealed, Jeffersonville IN]
