HEBREWS 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
II SAMUEL 22:31 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him. II SAMUEL 22:32 For who is God, save the LORD? and who is a rock, save our God? II SAMUEL 22:33 God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect.
MATTHEW 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
“Oh, but the other one is called, "My Father's House." "I'll go and prepare a place for you. Take you out of this pesthouse and deliver you into My Father's House." Amen. There you are; take you out of this old earthly pesthouse. He's gone to prepare a place, a perfect place where no evil exists, no sickness exists, no old age exists, no death exists. It's a perfect place calling you to that perfection, and you have to be perfect to get there. The Bible said so. Jesus said, "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father in Heaven is perfect." It's a perfect Kingdom, so it must be a perfect people come. Because, you have to stand and be married to a perfect Son of God, and you must be a perfect Bride. So how can you do it through anything else but the perfect Word of God, which is, "The Waters of separation, that washes us from our sins"? Amen. That's right. The Blood of Jesus Christ, think of It, the dripping, Bloody Word. Amen. The Blood, the--the Word of God bleeding Blood, to wash the Bride in. Amen. Yes, sir. She stands perfect, virgin, unadulterated. She never sinned, in the first place. Amen. She was trapped into it. See? There's the Father's House that He's gone to prepare.” [65-1205 Things That Are To Be, Rialto CA], [John 14:2-3], [II Corinthians 5:1-4], [II Corinthians 13:11], [Colossians 1:14, 28], [James 1:4], [Romans 5:9], [Ephesians 5:26]
“Now, notice in Elijah. Then after he threw his robe on him and tried it on him... In other words, Elijah the prophet, who had the mantle of God on his shoulders, he came down and laid it across Elisha, the farmer, to see if it would fit him. And it taken about ten years to get altered to fit that mantle. You know, God usually puts us in the shop and trims us up. Now, He didn't alter His robe to fit Elisha; He altered Elisha to fit the robe. And that's what He does today. He alters us to fit the robe, not the robe to fit us. Sometimes we want to make the robe fit us. But we can't do that. You've got to let--be altered yourself for the robe. It's God's robe and He made it perfect. And we've got... He's got to bring us into that realm to make the robe fit us. So we can't be perfect ourself; we know we can't. There's no way for us to be, and yet He said for us to be. So, but what He did, He made appropriation for us, the Lord Jesus Christ and His righteousness. That's where the perfection comes of ignoring our own holiness, of which we have none, and our own thoughts which ought not to be, but we rest solemnly upon the finished work of the Lord Jesus. God sent Him to the earth, and it was in Him that we rest.” [56-1125M A Secondhanded Robe, Jeffersonville IN], [I Kings 19:19-21], [II Kings 2:1-14]
“God put Satan up there one time as an angel, which he was, the son of the morning. And he took the good things of God and perverted them into evil. God's sure that nothing will enter there that'll ever do it again. See? Now, you've got to be perfect. Jesus said, "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect." Now, how you going to be when you're continually sinning, when you're continually doing what's wrong? Now, this will kinda put a little kink in the legalist. But notice, it isn't what you do; it's what God has done. It's not what you do; it's what He done. See? You can't be perfect. You can't be in yourself. But in Christ, you are perfected. You're not trusting in your own good works, or your own church you belong to, but you're trusting in the shed Blood of the Lord Jesus. There you are. That's what makes you perfect. There's what anchors your faith.” [56-0603 The Lamb's Book Of Life, Jeffersonville IN], [Matthew 5:48]
“What is it? Oh, God requires perfection. He requires your repentance. He requires your loyalty to Him. But He's looking tonight. No matter how much you've sinned, how little or how much, you are still a sinner, and cannot get in no other way but by Jesus Christ, God's all-sufficient Sacrifice. And in Him you are perfected forever. Think of it.It's not nothing you do. It's not new pages you turn. It's not a new life you start. It's a confession of your wrong, and God's grace to you. That brings you to perfection, and then you are perfected in Jesus Christ.” [57-0419 The Perfection, Jeffersonville IN], [Matthew 5:48], [Hebrews 10:12-14]
“Now, beginning again now with the 1st verse, let's go back. Last Sunday, we thought we'd get to the subject of perfection. But then God moved us back and got foreknowledge, showing us where that before the world ever was formed... How many was here last Sunday? Let's see your hands. Did you get it? Before the world was ever formed, we were placed in Christ. Think of it. God being infinite, who cannot lie, cannot speak anything contrary, knows everything just as perfect at the beginning as He is at the ending, and just as perfect at the end as He was the beginning. God is endless like eternity. You can never find the corner of a perfect circle. You could run and run through ages and eternity, and there'd never, never, never be an end to it, and that's the way God is. And when He... Be first was God which always was; He was infinite, perfect to begin with. And He will always be the same. He never can change. He's perfectly the same.” [56-0610 Perfection, Jeffersonville IN], [Hebrews 12:1], [Hebrews 13:8]
“This is coming into that Third Pull! I--I'm believing it. Now I want to ask you a sincere question, you that passed through the prayer line. Can you actually believe, and feel now, that there is something happened in you since you've had hands laid on you? Raise your hand!...?... There it is. This is what we've waited for. Now, this is not... This is just starting to bloom now. See? Just started with... I did this for a purpose. I did this for a purpose. I'm working out something, see, it's taking this charge of faith and going right back to begin and come in; see, to kind of raise faith in a bracket where you've never noticed it that way before. Not a faith, but a Perfect Faith, build it up in here. And watch a perfect God, with a perfect heart, keep a perfect promise, by His Perfect Word, which is sharper than a two-edged sword and a Discerner of the thoughts of the heart. What? We're coming now to the perfection, because the people has to come to this in order for the Rapture. That's what's holding it away right now, is waiting for that Church to come into that Perfect Raptured Faith. Looking for it. It means a lot of shaving down for me, it means a lot for you, but together we'll make it by the grace of God. Amen.” [63-0825E Perfect Faith, Jeffersonville IN], [Hebrews 4:12]
“God looking through the Blood, He doesn't see you no more as a sinner, He sees you redeemed. Amen. You're redeemed because He's always sees you through Christ. That's the reason we can be perfect. Not perfect in the sense of sinless, we're perfect in the eyes of God when we're in Christ. That's the reason He said, "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect." Paul in the 10th chapter of Hebrews trying to explain the law having a shadow of good things to come, not the very image of the things could never make the comer unto perfect, because God was looking through animal blood. But now He looks through the Blood of His Son. Perfection come by Jesus Christ. Now, I'm not perfect in your sight. You may not be perfect in my sight. But what about in God's sight? There's where it lays. And if you're borned again into the body of Christ, then God looks upon you as a perfect as Christ was Himself. Amen. Nothing you can do; it's not by any works you can do at all. It's by grace God has give you this offer, and if you've accepted it, in the sight of God you are perfect, redeemed, washed in the Blood of the Lamb, Without fault, without blemish, without spot. Isn't that marvelous?” [55-0121 The Water Of Separation Chicago IL], [Matthew 5:48], [Hebrews 10:1]
